💫”𝕴 𝖋𝖊𝖊𝖑 𝖑𝖎𝖐𝖊 𝖆𝖓 𝕰𝖝𝖊𝖈𝖚𝖙𝖎𝖛𝖊!”📍

The image might not be pretty, but the message – “I feel like an Executive” – is. That’s the highlight of a client’s email a few days ago. The question, “Is this me on paper?” is a culmination of months of dedicated and collaborative work!

Sometimes it seems that the work we are doing isn’t connecting until moments like these!

After reading her email, I took some time to reflect on our work together, and on career coaching in general.

Even though each client is different, and the points below don’t necessarily apply to all clients, there are commonalities:

❓When someone is guided through the 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 process – uncovering core values, interests, strengths and personal branding, it allows them to see the impact of what reflection and self-discovery can unearth, and they can witness their own transformation.

🎯Collaborating with clients to 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐲 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐬 and envision their future highlights the value of having a vision of where they want to go. This clarity will drive career success.

💡When it comes to the ‘𝐚𝐡𝐚’ 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, this emphasizes the significance of insightful coaching – asking the right questions and listening. These are the times that trigger personal revelations.

🤯It’s not always easy to have a 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭, moving from how things are to what’s possible. This underscores the power of ditching negative self-talk and limiting beliefs and enter a world of possibilities.

🏆In this client’s case, recognizing her strengths and 𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 empowered her to embrace her potential and envision what’s possible. This also served as a confidence booster.
